AdvisoryAI provides structured informational second-opinion analysis across Financial, Legal, Medical, and Software councils. The service generates AI-based reports highlighting risks, blind spots, alternatives, and questions to ask professionals. It does not create a professional client relationship and is not a substitute for licensed professional advice.
AI-Generated Report Limitations
Reports are generated by AI systems and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The analysis is based on the context and documents you provide. AdvisoryAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any report. You must independently verify all important information before making decisions.
No Professional Advice
AdvisoryAI is not a doctor, lawyer, accountant, engineer, or licensed advisory service. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. For specific professional guidance, consult qualified practitioners in the relevant field.
Payment Terms
AdvisoryAI uses a one-time purchase model. You pay per review, with no subscriptions or recurring charges. Payment is processed securely through Square. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the specified amount.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds may be available if technical issues prevent report generation. Once a report is successfully delivered, refunds are not available. Because there are no subscriptions, there is no subscription to cancel. See our Refund Policy and Billing & Cancellation Policy for details.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on AdvisoryAI reports. You must verify important facts with qualified professionals before acting. By using the service, you confirm that submitted materials are lawful to share, do not violate third-party rights, and that you have the right to upload them for analysis.
Liability Limitation
AdvisoryAI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in reports. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific review in question.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not responsible for any losses caused by service interruptions.
