When refunds may be available: If you experience a technical issue that prevents report generation and the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund. Refund requests should be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting support.

When refunds are not available: Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, refunds are not available. This is because the service involves computational resources and AI processing costs that are incurred upon report generation.

How to request a refund: Contact our support team at support@advisoryai.app with your purchase details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Partial refunds: In rare cases where a report is partially generated or contains significant technical errors, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
