Billing & Cancellation Policy

AdvisoryAI uses a one-time purchase model with no subscriptions.

Payment structure: Each review is a separate one-time purchase. You pay only when you initiate a new review. There are no recurring charges, monthly fees, or subscription commitments.

No subscription to cancel: Because AdvisoryAI does not use a subscription model, there is no subscription to cancel. Your payment is processed per review, and you are not enrolled in any recurring billing.

Payment processing: Payments are processed securely through Square, our payment processor. AdvisoryAI does not store your full payment card details. Square handles PCI-compliant card processing and may store payment information for their own fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

Billing questions: If you have questions about a charge, need a receipt, or believe there has been an error, please contact our support team. Include your purchase details and any relevant transaction information.

Failed payments: If a payment fails during checkout, you will not be charged. You can retry the payment process. If a payment fails after a report has been generated (due to processor issues), we will work with you to resolve the situation.
