Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Square, our third-party payment processor. AdvisoryAI does not store your full payment card details. Square handles PCI-compliant card processing and may store payment information for their own fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and transaction processing. Square's privacy policy governs their use of payment data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

• Account and review history: Retained indefinitely unless you request deletion
• Uploaded documents: Retained as long as your account and review history exist
• Generated reports: Retained as long as your account and review history exist
• Payment metadata: Retained for financial compliance and fraud prevention (typically 7 years)

Data Deletion

You can request account and data removal by contacting support@advisoryai.app. Upon request, we will delete your account, uploaded documents, generated reports, and associated data. Deletion requests may retain limited records required for legal, fraud prevention, or financial compliance obligations. Payment records may be retained by Square independently of our deletion process.

Data Security

We implement security measures including encryption for data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no security system is completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Analytics and Logging

We may collect anonymous usage data and logs for service improvement, error tracking, and security monitoring. This data does not include your document content or report details unless necessary for debugging specific issues.

AdvisoryAI is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
